Q:
What if the auction you attend does not have the car I want? A: I have the ability to attend any auction held around the U.S. - I can even do LIVE "on line" bidding at any auction held in another state! If we can't find your car quickly - perhaps we can find it somewhere around the U.S., but remember, there will be shipping fees to get it to you (apprx. $1,000 or less depending on the origination point). For the most part, if you're patient - I can find you the car you want, with the features and mileage you want...and at the price you want. Q: How do you know what to buy for me? A: When we discuss the car you want, you can provide me with details such as mileage preferred, condition, features, etc. When I find your car at the auction, I will call you immediately, and discuss it with you. If you give me the "OK" I'll purchase the car for you. Q: What if I don't like the car you buy me? A: Your satisfaction is guaranteed 100%, or I keep the car - you owe me nothing. Q: Do you personally guarantee the engine, etc? A: No, but once the car is purchased, Manheim has "on site" mechanics that can inspect the car for a fee (apprx. $150) and this will tell you the car's mechanical condition. If we find something they did not disclose, the car can be returned to the auction. You owe me nothing. Also, many of these cars come with their own factory warranties as well. Q: How long does it take to get a car? A: That depends on you. If you are looking for a car that is unique, hard to find, etc., it may take awhile. If you want a Honda Accord, then you can usually have it very quickly - and with the options you want on it - with a price you like. Q: Will the car be in excellent condition? A: If you want one in excellent condition - yes. YOU decide the type of car you want. I rate cars from 1-10 at the auction, and if you prefer a car that rates 8+, then that's what I look for. If you don't mind a few scratches or dents, and the price reflects it - we can get you those too. Most of the cars clients want are 8+...in excellent condition. |
